NOCCASO x Ömer Kumova Construction

Through a collaboration between Noccaso and Ömer Kumova Construction, a serene and timeless living space—harmonious with the architecture—was designed for the balcony of the model apartment in Bursa. This space is more than just a balcony; it was conceived as a special place where one can enjoy every moment of the day, combining the comfort of the interior with the openness of the outdoors.

The woven fabrics featured in Noccaso’s new collection form the core of the design in this space. Seating elements in natural tones lend the space a simple elegance, while their soft textures offer users a sense of comfort and tranquility. The simple, understated patterns further enhance the space’s serene atmosphere.

Facing sofas and complementary armchairs create an intimate arrangement that supports the balcony’s social use. The round coffee tables positioned in the center complete the design’s cohesion without disrupting the flow of the space. Natural light streaming in through the large glass surfaces highlights the fabric textures while creating a spacious and balanced atmosphere in the space.

The goal of this project was not to compete with the architecture, but to create a design philosophy that complements it. Through Noccaso’s touch, combined with Ömer Kumova Construction’s vision, the result is a serene yet bold, natural yet powerful balcony experience.

This space was conceived as a living corner where happiness meets design.
