NOCCASO x Mescioğlu Construction

The show apartment at Viva Garden Hills, Mescioğlu İnşaat’s latest residential project, brings the comfort of an interior space together with the openness of an outdoor setting, demonstrating the powerful impact of carefully considered colour and texture in design.

For this space, NOCCASO adopted an energetic yet balanced design language that makes the most of the natural light entering through the glass balcony. Patterned seating elements featuring vibrant shades of blue and yellow are balanced by the simplicity of the floor and wall surfaces, giving the space a distinctive character. Despite being an enclosed area, the use of colour and pattern creates a bright, open, and inviting atmosphere throughout the balcony.

The seating arrangement was designed to support the glass balcony as a social living space. Opposing armchairs and complementary poufs create a comfortable setting for gathering while maintaining a fluid circulation throughout the area. Positioned at the centre, the round coffee table defines the focal point of the space, while its patterned surface reinforces the overall design language.

Natural light filtering through the expansive glass surfaces softens the perception of NOCCASO’s distinctive patterns, creating a sense of calm and balance within the space. Enhanced by greenery and carefully considered lighting details, the composition transforms the glass balcony from a complementary area into a living space that can be enjoyed throughout the day.

In this project, NOCCASO’s signature touches bring bold patterns together with a serene atmosphere. Within the enclosed glass balcony of Viva Garden Hills, design evolves into a comfortable and timeless living space in harmony with the architecture.
